Founded by Carthell and Peggy Everett in November 2010, the Smithville Food Pantry aims to assist neighbors dealing with food insecurity. It offers non-perishable food items and essential personal care products to residents of Clear Creek Township. The Smithville Christian Church and community members oversee the operations of the Smithville Food Pantry.

Grace Center, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization operating a food pantry for Clear Creek Township, Indian Creek Township, and Polk Townships in Monroe County, Indiana. The Grace Center also provides activities and events in these areas to facilitate community unity.
